Slander
Slander is a false statement about someone which could harm their reputation in some way. A slanderous statement must be false in a way that might actually be believed by a reasonable person. So, for example, calling someone "a donkey" -- although literally false -- is not slander. No reasonable person would believe that a human is literally a donkey. Jesus called Herod a "fox" and the Pharisees a "brood of vipers":
32 He said to them, “Go and tell that fox, ‘Behold, I cast out demons and perform cures today and tomorrow, and the third day I complete my mission. Luke 13:32WEB
34 You offspring of vipers, how can you, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks. Matthew 12:34WEB
