Creator-Creation Distinction/en
The Creator-Creation distinction refers to the general difference in power, authority, value, goodness, and holiness, which exists between God and all of God's creation. God upholds all creation by the word of his power; without God the creation cannot continue to exist. God reserves for himself certain privileges which he does not share with his creation, such as the authority to determine the time and place for the deaths of all people, to meticulously govern everything, to take revenge, to judge people to hell, to judge nations, to determine good and evil, and to receive worship. When men attempt to arrogate authority which has not been delegated to them, it is sin.
