There have been a variety of suggested senses for "fulfill" in this passage. Does it indicate that Jesus puts an end to,⁴⁵ replaces,⁴⁶ supplements (adds to),⁴⁷ intends to actively obey,⁴⁸ enforce,⁴⁹ or confirms and restores the law?
