Assuming that "every creature" "with wings" includes insects, then this is a clear affirmation that things which we might refer to as "pests" are also "good". Insects (including mosquitos!) and other "pests" are not a result of the so-called "fallenness" of creation, but were a good part of God's plan from the very beginning.
