This is the temporary page for the Typological/Ceremonial Law. For now, it will just be a short description and a bulleted list of verses which belong to this category. In the future, we will add structured explanations for this division of the law.

In brief, the Typological/Ceremonial Law includes laws which are fulfilled by Jesus in a way causing them to be impossible for Christians to break. Laws in this category describe behaviors which are designed to act as physical representations of spiritual truths, all ultimately reflecting the life and work of Jesus Christ. These laws set Old Covenant Israel apart from the world as a holy nation, and they teach modern believers about the holiness of God. Laws in this category include all laws dependent on the Levitical and Aaronic priesthood, as well as the holidays, ceremonial cleanness codes, and food laws.
